Payment Policy

  • A 20% deposit of the full trip amount is required in order for the reservation to be confirmed.
  • Confirmation is subject to availability at the time of receiving the reservation request.
  • The remaining 80% balance of the full trip amount must be paid on the day of the trip.

Cancellation Policy

  • Deposits will be refunded only if the trip is canceled by the client at least 7 days or more before the date of the trip.
  • Full refunds will be processed if the trip has to be canceled due to:
    • Unavailability of rescheduling options
    • Weather conditions
    • Inoperable boat
    • Force majeure
  • Rescheduling will be subject to availability and may incur additional costs due to rates applicable for the new dates.
